Strategic HRM utilizes the talent and opportunity within the human resource department to make other departments stronger and more effective. The mission of the Master of Science Human Resource Management program is to provide educational experiences that align with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in human resource content areas as well as the human resource competencies necessary to be qualified as a professional Human Resources Practitioner.
