Leadership and Change

The PhD in Leadership and Change is a low-residency, cohort-based program designed for working professionals who will understand and lead organizational change in their professions as reflective practitioners and engaged scholars. The multiyear doctoral journey is sequenced through the lenses of leadership and change, research and inquiry, culminating in an original dissertation.
