Community-Engaged Practices in Design and the Arts

This program places designers, artists, scholars and educators in public life and enables them to use their creative capacities to advance culture, strengthen democracy and imaginatively address today's most pressing challenges. This integrated community-engaged design and arts certificate program serves all Herberger Institute students as well as the larger ASU community.
