Environmental Justice

This certificate program in environmental justice prepares students to advocate for current and future environmental issues by critically assessing and evaluating the social and environmental issues at hand. By merging the social, scientific, historical and cultural aspects of environmental justice, students gain the ability to communicate with and for marginalized communities that disproportionately experience environmental hazards.
