In the Master of Arts program in sociology, students preparing for applied careers in sociology receive advanced training. Students gain knowledge and skills to analyze societal structures, institutions and behaviors to identify, assess and solve social problems. They develop an understanding of how social context influences well-being and an understanding of the factors that promote successful relationships and positive outcomes.
