The Culinary Arts Program prepares students with the necessary skills for culinary and management positions in the restaurant industry, with an emphasis on food selection, costing, menu planning, preparation, and customer service, preparing students to work in a variety of food service businesses such as restaurants, schools, hospitals, and hotels.
