Dietetics

The didactic program in Dietetics is designed for students who wish to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and practitioners in clinical, community, food industry, and foodservice areas of nutrition. Completion of degree requirements results in a Verification Statement of completion of the AU didactic program in Dietetics; an accredited supervised practice program and graduate degree are required before students are eligible for the registration examination.
