English

The English Option in Liberal Arts is a writing-intensive degree that prepares students for transfer to a four-year college or university. English studies may lead to careers in advertising, broadcasting, publishing, journalism, law, teaching and writing. Students not intending to transfer have found work as administrative assistants or in other positions requiring excellent writing and communication skills.
