Offered within the Department of Business, the Accounting major prepares students for a career in one of the highest-demand industries through a rigorous course of study in financial and managerial accounting, cost accounting, accounting information systems, auditing, and taxation. It grounds students in ethics and prepares them to become Certified Public Accountants if they choose.
