Biochemistry

Offered within the Department of Chemistry and Physics, this major trains students in a multidisciplinary manner across chemistry, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, and bioethics. The B.S. program, with an emphasis on research including a minimum of two semesters of research, prepares students for research careers, graduate programs, and professional and medical school.
