Leadership Studies

A 42-hour master's program in leadership studies that develops understanding of the spiritual dynamics of Christian leadership and key organizational elements such as ethics, communication, and organizational development. Students build problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills and learn to effect change within cultural contexts.
