Applied Mathematics is an inherently interdisciplinary subject, covering problems arising in all areas of science, technology, and engineering. The Sc.B. program requires sixteen courses and allows students to earn concentration credit by taking advanced courses in almost any of the STEM disciplines, encouraging expertise in both mathematics and an applied area.
