Physical Education (P.E.)

The purpose of the Physical Education Certificate is to prepare teachers and/or teacher candidates with the skills to teach physical education for grades PreK-12. This program includes an understanding of movement and incorporates strategies to inspire students to be active, in the general education setting as well as adaptive PE settings.
