Neurobiology

Neurobiology, the integrative study of the nervous system, exposes students to the breadth of the discipline through a first-year curriculum spanning molecular biology, cell and developmental biology, systems neuroscience, animal behavior, and mathematical modeling. The option does not admit students for work toward the master's; a terminal M.S. may be awarded in exceptional circumstances.
