Indigenous Studies

The Indigenous Studies Program is dedicated to advancing awareness and understanding of the histories and contemporary experiences of the Dakota, Native Americans, and other Indigenous people. The program focuses on the Dakota and Indigenous peoples of the United States and Canada, but also draws on the experiences of Indigenous peoples from other parts of the world.
