Broad Field Social Science Education

The Broad Field Social Science Education major emphasizes breadth over depth in the social sciences and is solely for students who are also pursuing teacher certification. It requires 32 credits from at least five social science departments, completion of the Secondary Education Grades 4-12 Major, and a 20-24 credit minor in one of the social science areas.
