Japanese

The Japanese major combines a required core of elementary and intermediate Japanese language and oral Japanese courses with cultural awareness orientation, an immersion abroad experience, and a senior seminar. Students hone their linguistic skills and deepen their cultural understanding so that they may become more effective communicators and globally sensitive citizens.
