The Art Department at Cedar Crest College demonstrates a dynamic commitment to the arts, both in the quality and breadth of its faculty, program, and facilities, and in galleries on campus. The art program is rooted in the studio tradition with a strong emphasis on introducing students to the history of art, studio techniques, contemporary art issues and applications for the major.
