Modern project management involves understanding the complex and evolving organizational environments in which projects operate. This program addresses in-demand knowledge such as agile and waterfall philosophies, team and personnel management, risk assessment, and critical systems-based thinking, and prepares students to take the PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam.
