Carpentry Technology

Continuing where the carpentry fundamentals certificate ends, this program introduces the student to the more technically advanced carpentry skills. Topics include introduction to the interior finishes and trim, door and window installation, steel framing, and stair finishes. The program emphasizes a combination of carpentry theory and practical application necessary for successful employment. Program graduates have the qualifications of an entry-level finish carpenter.
