Food Studies

The Master of Arts in Food Studies emphasizes a holistic approach to food systems, from agriculture and food production to cuisines and consumption, providing intellectual and practical experience tied to both the local farm and culinary spaces as well as global contexts. At the heart of the curriculum are core areas, depth electives, and applied courses which allow students to develop a shared knowledge base and community-based networks.
