Chemical Technology Operator

The Chemical Technology Operator Certificate prepares students for positions in process technology industries, including chemical blending, processing, and manufacturing; food/beverages; pharmaceuticals; bioscience; and petrochemicals. Students gain technical skills needed to manage basic control of systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures, and transfer of products. Students also learn basic operation of pumps, valves, and vessels, as well as safety and quality standards.
