The Culinary Arts Certificate provides students with basic cooking skills needed for any level of cooking as well as understanding of food service sanitation and other professional skills. Courses in the certificate program also apply to the Culinary Arts associate's degree program. Students in the certificate program are not eligible for financial aid or Kentucky reciprocity.
