Real Estate Salesperson

This short-term certificate gives students the opportunity to earn an industry license in the state of Ohio. The coursework meets the educational requirement for 120 hours of classroom instruction, as set by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing, Real Estate Salesperson and Broker.
