Management - Human Resource Management Option

The Human Resource Management option provides students with a well-rounded education. It consists of basic management courses complemented with in-depth studies of human resource management, staffing, training and development, employment law, and compensation and benefits. The program is academically aligned with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) - a widely respected standard for HR excellence.
