Applied Mathematics and Statistics

Applied mathematics is a problem-solving profession, and mathematical and statistical methods provide the tools for the analysis and solution of real-world problems that can be formulated quantitatively. The BS in Applied Mathematics and Statistics is designed for students who wish to develop their mathematical skills and apply them to challenging problems, choosing applications electives in areas of engineering, science, or business.
