Bioscience and Biotechnology

The Department of Biology offers graduate programs leading to the MS and PhD degrees in Interdisciplinary Bioscience and Biotechnology. The goal of these programs is to train students with the skills needed to work on complex problems in the biosciences. Students acquire specialized knowledge in one of four areas: Molecular Bioscience and Biotechnology; Biomedical Sciences and Neuroscience; Computational Biology and Bioinformatics; or Ecology, Evolution, and the Environment.
