Chemistry

The Chemistry & Biomolecular Science department offers a graduate program leading to MS and PhD degrees in Chemistry. The diverse, yet complementary, research interests of our faculty researchers provide incoming students with a broad variety of research topics such as bio-nanotechnology, smart surfaces and interfaces, functional and stimuli responsive materials, nano-therapeutics, diagnostics and biosensors. The MS requires a minimum of 30 credit hours of graduate coursework and a thesis.
