The Undergraduate Certificate in Business Leadership is a 15 credit-hour offering, targeting students from a wide variety of disciplines. These courses provide the needed knowledge to gain a foundation in business management across key business management domains, including leadership, management, legal and ethical environment of business, organizational innovation and change, and human resources development.
