The Nursing Assistant Certificate of Achievement is designed to train students in basic nursing skills, restorative service, mental health and social service needs, personal care skills, and residents' rights. Upon successful completion of the course, students will meet all New Mexico state certification standards for a nursing assistant and be prepared to sit for the New Mexico Nurse Aide Registry exam.
