Cybersecurity

The Information Security Specialist certificate is designed to give students the knowledge they need to understand and maintain computer information systems security. -This certificate is designed for students who have already taken CIST 1401 and CIST 1122 from the IT/ Networking or Cybersecurity degree program area. This is not a certificate designed for entry-level or dual enrollment. Note: Students will not need to take CIST 1401 as a prerequisite for CIST 2601, 2611, and 1602.
