Computer Science (BA)

The Computer Science Major (BA) is modeled after the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) recommendations. In the required courses, students develop both the theoretical and the practical skills needed to design computer software systems; to understand computer hardware; to write software; to perform mathematical analysis of algorithms; and to reason clearly, think analytically, and solve problems.
