Education

The Teacher Education program prepares candidates for careers in the classroom through coursework and field experiences grounded in professional standards. The major in Education leads to a Bachelor of Arts degree; students seeking initial certification and licensure may pursue a major in Elementary Education, Special Education, or Mathematics Education, and an Education degree is also available without certification.
