Culinary Management

Provides students with the necessary food service and culinary skills for entry-level positions as a restaurant cook, chef, or food service manager. The curriculum covers cooking skills, sanitation and safety, basic nutrition, supervision of personnel, beverage pairing, and purchasing and cost controls.
