Conflict Resolution

This interdisciplinary certificate prepares students to recognize and manage the dynamics of interpersonal conflict across a variety of contexts. Students will learn to evaluate disputes and choose the appropriate strategies and tools to resolve these conflicts, preparing them to be leaders in business, religious and nonprofit organizations, government/civic, educational, community and personal settings.
