Baking and Pastry Arts

The Baking and Pastry Arts program provides a solid foundation in the methods and science of baking, from breads and cakes to confections and frozen desserts. Special emphasis is placed on baking and pastry tools, equipment, techniques, and specialty ingredients. Students who successfully complete 30 semester hours as outlined in the program of study may be awarded a career certificate.
