Dynamics of Leadership - Advocacy

This course provides an extensive look at the nature of leadership and the dilemmas facing leaders of people at work with in-depth analysis of the forces motivating the behavior of people working in groups. The course will also address issues of authority and influence, development of roles and norms, initiation of change, dealing with resistance and women in leadership.
