Medical Imaging Technology -- R ­ adiography

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Medical Imaging Technology -- Radiography prepares individuals to operate radiographic equipment and ready patients for various types of diagnostic procedures. Radiographers operate radiographic equipment necessary for examinations, position patients, and determine proper techniques for each image. Successful completion of this program allows graduates to apply for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
