Philosophy

The Associate of Arts Degree in Philosophy prepares students to transfer directly into a bachelor’s degree program in philosophy at a four-year institution. Students are responsible for completing all prerequisite courses within the program. Arts degrees (Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, and Master of Arts) are generally recommended for individuals interested in theoretical applications or service-focused careers; however, these options are not restricted to the Arts degree.
