Physical Therapist Assistant

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant prepares individuals for careers as PTAs, or Physical Therapist Assistants. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to perform treatment interventions, such as manual therapy, motor relearning, and supervised custom-designed exercise programs, to address movement impairments, chronic pain, and movement education for lifelong health and wellness.
