English Language Learners (ELL)

Emmanuel's English Language Learner certificate program gives educators the knowledge and skills they need to help students at all levels of English proficiency. Coursework prepares educators to effectively shelter their content instruction so English language learners can access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom. Completers are eligible for the state's SEI Teach Endorsement.
