Health and Physical Education

The Master of Arts in Teaching in K-12 Special Subjects with a specialty in Health and Physical Education leads to an initial 'A' level teaching license. Coursework includes motor learning and development, teaching techniques and technology for middle and secondary schools, adapted physical education and sport, curriculum foundations and assessment, and a nine-hour advanced clinical experience.
