Early Childhood Development

Early childhood and child-care workers are employed in private and public centers, school systems, community and state agencies, as well as religious institutions. The Early Childhood Development program is designed to prepare students to work with young children. Although elective credit may be given for some completed ECD coursework, the coursework in its entirety is not transferrable to a four-year institution.
