Organizational Leadership

Success in leadership positions in business, government, cultural institutions, and nonprofit organizations is based largely upon competencies such as the ability to communicate effectively, familiarity with essential organizational functions, broad-based learning, and critical thinking skills. The Organizational Leadership major is available to students in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies on the Lincoln Center, Rose Hill, and Westchester campuses.
