Mechanical Engineering

The overall goal of the Mechanical Engineering Program is to provide the student with a fundamental and application-based education. This program is designed to prepare the student for employment in research, development, design and production in industry or government as well as to assure a high level of preparation for those students who continue to advanced studies.
