Teaching English Abroad

This is one of seven unique 12-credit-hour Graduate Certificates designed to allow for specialization within the broader field of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, preparing candidates to teach English to speakers of other languages in a variety of professional contexts. Coursework includes online pedagogy and course development, reading and writing for the multilingual learner or TESOL pedagogy, and a practicum in teaching in global contexts.
