Baking and Pastry Diploma

The Baking and Pastry Arts Diploma program is designed to offer hands-on experiential learning in partnership with venues including Edgar's Grille, Edgars Bake Shop, Snelling Conference Center, Pinnacle Club, and Edgar's Above Broad. The program offers students the opportunity to earn up to five certifications from the National Restaurant Association and prepares them to test for the Certified Fundamentals Pastry Cook (CFPC) certification from the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
