Teaching

Participants in this program have completed an undergraduate degree and are seeking a teaching license through a master's degree program. The degree requires 40 credit hours of coursework (ten graduate-level courses) plus student teaching or one year of successful teaching in a school division. The Hollins education program is approved by the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Education and nationally accredited with the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation.
