Biochemistry

The Biochemistry major develops knowledge of the fundamental principles of biology and of organic, analytical, biological, and physical chemistry. Students apply the concepts of biology and chemistry to critically analyze primary scientific literature and use the principles and techniques of biochemistry to perform an independent research investigation.
