Educational and Organizational Leadership

The mission of the doctoral program is to facilitate the development of effective and ethical leaders for schools and communities who can make significant contributions to their fields of knowledge through applied research. Delivered through a cohort model, the program combines leadership core requirements, research core requirements, and a concentration in Curriculum & Instruction, Organizational Leadership, School Leadership and Administration, or Professional Studies.
